Supporting people who speak more than one language
2004年大会B-SIGフォーラム
クラシェン氏参加
Well-known applied linguist Stephen Krashen has agreed to join a B-SIG panel on Japanese families who raise their children in English.
The decision came earlier this year after Krashen rebuked the Eigo de Kosodate method when it was mentioned in a newspaper column by B-SIG member Mashall Childs.
Krashen maintains that English is better taught through the school and parents risk passing on their own errors to children.
Apart from the two professors, the panel will also consist of Kaori Ihara, a Japanese parent bringing up her children in English,
