This year there will be no on-site sales at the conference. If you want to secure a copy of the latest journal or monograph, you will have to fill out a Postal Furikae form before the conference.. Here's what to do:

  1. Download a pdf version of the furikae form.

  2. Follow this example to find out how to fill out the form.

  3. Print out the form and pay for it at your

     local post office before 22 November 2007.

  4. Bring your receipt to the SIG table at the

     conference to receive your copy.
